It's already in Excel —
why are you typing it into the site again?
Reads your sheet, finds the matching fields in the form, and types it in like a person. Then reports what it processed.
The data already exists — the entry is the job
Product listings, tracking numbers, voucher entry. Retyping data that's already sitting in Excel, one record at a time on screen, eats the whole day. Hire part-time help and you take on hourly wages plus quality variance.
Click macros record coordinates, so the slightest screen change sends them clicking the wrong box. And RPA costs more to fix than to build.
How Xeona does it
Give a one-line instruction
"Enter this sheet into the admin page" — just point it at the sheet and the target.
Reads, finds, enters
No coordinate recording — it reads the screen, finds each field, and enters the data. If the screen changes, it finds its way like a person.
Verifies and reports
Reports how many records it entered and which were ambiguous. Ambiguous ones are never filled in arbitrarily.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a click macro?
A macro just records and replays coordinates, so it breaks when the screen changes. Xeona reads the screen and finds the actual "product name" and "price" fields to fill, so it keeps working even when the layout changes.
What if it enters something wrong?
You can instruct it to show you the prepared data and get your approval before entering. And it never fills ambiguous data arbitrarily — those get flagged and reported separately.
